Terms and conditions

TekPrint is a trading name of TekSpert Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16711813, VAT number 505 2175 24. Registered office: 110 Pall Mall, Chorley, Lancashire, PR7 2LB.

Ordering

A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. All prices include VAT at 20%. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay.

Your artwork

You confirm that you own the artwork you upload, or have permission to use it. You keep ownership of it. You grant us permission to reproduce it for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We may refuse any order and refund you in full - for example where artwork appears to infringe a trademark or is inappropriate.

Cancellation

Personalised goods are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Faulty or mis-printed goods are replaced or refunded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
