What we hold

• Your name, email, phone and addresses, so we can take and deliver your order.
• The artwork you upload and the designs you build.
• Your order and invoice history.

Why

We process order data because it is necessary to perform our contract with you. We send marketing email only where you have consented, and you can withdraw that at any time.

How long

Uploads that are not used in an order are deleted after 30 days. Abandoned baskets are cleared after 30 days. Orders and invoices are kept for 6 years, as HMRC requires.

Who else sees it

Stripe processes your card payment - we never see or store your card details. Royal Mail receives your name and delivery address, what is in the parcel and its value, to post it through its Click & Drop service; and your email address and phone number, so it can send you tracking updates. Everything else is hosted on our own servers in the UK.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or erase your data from your account, or by emailing us. Erasing your account removes your uploads, designs and personal details; invoice records are kept for the 6 years the law requires. You can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
