What we can print

Upload a PNG, JPEG, WebP or HEIC photo, or an SVG or single-page PDF for logos and line art. Photos can be up to 25 MB and 8000 x 8000 pixels; vector files up to 10 MB.

Resolution

We print at 300 DPI. The customiser shows a resolution indicator on every image:

• Green - 300 DPI or better. Prints sharp.
• Amber - 150 to 299 DPI. Usually fine, slightly soft up close.
• Red - under 150 DPI. Likely to look pixelated. We will ask you to confirm before you can continue.

If an image is red, try a larger original or make the design smaller on the garment.

Colour

Screens show more colours than fabric inks can reproduce, so very bright neons and deep blacks can shift slightly. White ink on dark garments prints slightly warmer than on screen.

Using your own logo

By uploading artwork you confirm you own it or have permission to use it. We check every order before printing and will contact you if something needs changing.
